  • CSU-Pueblo women top Grizzlies in thrilling defensive struggle

    Stellar defense and timely shooting in the second half helped Colorado State University-Pueblo prevail over Adams State College 47-46 on Friday night at Massari Arena.
    Sophomore point guard Rachel Espinoza led the ThunderWolves with 14 points, including the eventual game-winning bucket with 1:10 left in the contest.

  • Former high school wrestling coach now back on mat

    With all of the hype surrounding the return of football to Colorado State University-Pueblo, wrestling’s return has been lost in the shuffle.
    Once a very successful program which produced 11 national champions and 64 all-Americans, the school dropped wrestling from its athletic department in 2001.
