The Sol, a film festival that challenges filmmakers to create a film based on the same quote, will take place Sept. 9, 7-11 p.m., at the Damon Runyon Repertory Theater.

The CSU-Pueblo Thunderbus Tailgate Tour ended its first tour June 22, after visiting select Colorado cities in order to promote CSU-Pueblo.
A CSU-Pueblo graduate has been named community chapter manager and disaster specialist with the American Red Cross in northwestern New Mexico.
