Flobots’ “Survival Story” tour has led the band to Los Angeles, Calif. from Tucson, Ariz. They arrived on stage at Sunset Live Presents Key Club on May 2, at approximately 10 p.m. There were two opening acts: Midnite Theory and Champagne Champagne.

Clive Barker is back in the comic book world after nearly 20 years. “Seduth” is a one-shot, two-cover, three-dimensional comic book published through Idea + Design Works, LLC. (IDW). It is not your average comic book. It portrays the uglier and finer things in life using flies and diamonds from cover to cover.

“The Same-Sex Marriage: A Civil Debate,” conducted by John Corvino and Glenn Stanton from Focus on the Family, began the Distinguished Speaker Series hosted at Colorado State University-Pueblo. The debate took place Wednesday night, Nov. 11, inside the Occhiato University Center Ballroom. Stanton built on the political view and said, "No one has a constitutional right to create intentionally motherless or fatherless families, which every same-sex family, by definition, does.”

“Saw VI” raked in a little over $14.1 million on its opening weekend. However, it didn’t take the number one at the box office. That honor went to another horror movie, “Paranormal Activity”.

Like most horror franchises that continue to go on, the “Final Destination” franchise needs to be laid to rest. The death scenes have become predictable and it has lost its shock value.

Q: You two are everywhere including radio and television, what were your reactions when you heard your song being played on the radio for the first time? Sean: It was crazy. You grow up here—listening to the radio and falling asleep with the radio—just driving in your car and realizing. You almost want to roll down the windows and yell at the other car and be like, “Yo! I’m on the radio.” It’s really cool. Then after the millionth time—you just want to break your radio. No—just jokin’. It’s awesome. Being from the hometown and hearing it there—it’s so humbling.
