After nearly a decade of playing their “home games” off-campus, the Colorado State University-Pueblo ThunderWolves lacrosse team finally has its own field. Beginning this month, the ThunderWolves will play their home games on the CSU-Pueblo campus at the new Student Multi-Purpose Recreational Field.

It was a different feeling at the park on day two of the series against Nebraska-Kearney.
A different day that brought different results. Eleven runs was good enough to win both games Friday against the Lopers, but on Saturday it was only enough for the Pack to be doubled up 25-11 in game one.

The Pack lost their second straight game Saturday night in Durango, Colo., 55-71, to the number eighth ranked team in the nation, Fort Lewis College.
The Pack were led in scoring by Jonnie Draper who had 14 points, and Michelle Ambuul who had 10, but couldn’t muster enough offense to stay with the sharp-shooting Skyhawks.
