Pack women can’t shoot with Skyhawks

The Pack lost their second straight game Saturday night in Durango, Colo., 55-71, to the number eighth ranked team in the nation, Fort Lewis College.
The Pack were led in scoring by Jonnie Draper who had 14 points, and Michelle Ambuul who had 10, but couldn’t muster enough offense to stay with the sharp-shooting Skyhawks.

The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has announced that CSU-Pueblo’s men’s and women’s number-one singles players, Ricardo Oaxaca and Jamie Raun, and the women’s number-two, Julie Wainwright, have been named to the RMAC preseason all-conference tennis teams.

CSU-Pueblo wins big with D-1 transfer

The CSU-Pueblo women’s basketball team couldn’t have been more enthusiastic coming into the ‘06-’07 basketball season. With a little bit of luck the Pack improved drastically acquiring 6-foot 2-inch Lindsay Black from the University of New Mexico to be a presence on the inside.
