January 11th, 2008 by Today StaffThe CSU-Pueblo Environmental Awareness Club will be hosting a FOCUS the Nation Global warming solution for America. It will take place on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the OUC Ballroom.
“Focus The Nation is an educational initiative on global warming solutions for America.”
Global warming is a rise in the overall temperature of the earth which causes the polar ice caps to melt.
It is caused by the release of harmful gases into the atmosphere that eat away at the ozone layer.
Get involved and promote your organization or club by participating in the day’s events. The Environmental Awareness Club will assist any club or organization wishing to participate but are unable to think of activities.
