CSU-Pueblo Hosts Majors Fair for Undeclared Students

A Majors Fair will be held at the OUC Ballroom on Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.An estimated 20 departments will be attending, offering information on their respective courses to students who are uncertain on their majors or who are undeclared.

The fair is a come and go event, and students are encouraged to drop by between classes or on break.

Door prizes and refreshments will be available for those who attend.

The Majors Fair was organized by Pam Chambers, the associate director of the academic advising program staff, and Sharon Hatton-Montoya. Originally held years ago, Chambers thought it would be a good idea to host it again for students registering for spring semester.

“This will be a good way for them to connect with a department,” Chambers said.
