Etiquette dinner ’sculpts’ students’ futures
September 12th, 2007 by Today StaffOn Wednesday, Nov. 7 the career center, Hasan School of Business and the recreational fee board will host the ninth annual Dining for Success etiquette training dinner.
Dinner will be served at the Pueblo Convention Center which is located on 320 Central Main Street.
Students will be taken through a formal dining experience step by step for a better understanding of professional etiquette.
In addition, students will be dining with 25 prominent people in Pueblo including President Joseph Garcia, CEO Sandy Gutierrez of the Latino Chamber of Commerce and Pueblo County Commissioner Jeff Chostner.
There is no cost for students, but reservations are required. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. There is space for 200 students to attend the dinner and spots are still available.
Students should call the career center at 549-2980 to make a reservation.
A 48 hour cancellation notice will be in effect. If the cancellation policy is not followed there will be a $25 no-show fee.
CSU-Pueblo juniors, seniors and graduate students are invited to attend. Professional business attire is required.
Registration begins at 5:45 p.m. and dinner will start at 6 p.m.
