Football tryouts to be held Sept. 19

 The CSU-Pueblo football program will hold tryouts for the team on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Dutch Clark Stadium, located on Abriendo Ave. and Cleveland St.

The tryouts are open only to those who are finished with their high school eligibility and have had a physical within the last six months. Proof of physical is required to register for the tryout.

Additionally, if you are currently a student at a four-year institution of higher learning, or have attended a four-year institution in the 2006-07 school year, you must receive a release from that institution, or else you cannot participate in the football tryout.

Registration for the tryout will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the day of the tryout at Dutch Clark Stadium. The tryout will take place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
