Student writing to be performed in Evening of One Act Plays

A Evening of One Act Plays will showcase talent from  CSU-Pueblo. Various CSU-Pueblo students will see their creative work performed live on stage April 16 and April 17 as part of the English department’s “Evening of One Act Plays.” Last year, seven students from English professor Dorothy Heedt’s Creative Writing Drama Class got the opportunity to see their creative works come to life at the event. Students get the chance to meet best-selling author

In a local library campaign, Colorado State University-Pueblo students had the opportunity to meet an award-winning author at this year’s Booklover’s Black Tie Ball on Oct. 25. The Pueblo City-County Library District held their capstone event and select CSU-Pueblo students were chosen to attend. Students had the opportunity to enjoy an evening of elegance as guests of the English department. 2015 study abroad travels announced

This year, students will travel to Italy, France, Greece and Turkey in a two-week expedition overseas. Led by CSU-Pueblo English professor Donna Souder, the opportunity allows students to see ancient landmarks, while delving into rigorous coursework and earning up to 14 credit hours.
