Fall gives Colorado beauty


One of the perks of living in Colorado is being able to see the Aspen trees changing color in late September and early October. In Pueblo, the detection of fall is not as obvious. However, if you drive 30 minutes north towards Pikes Peak, just outside of Colorado Springs, yellow leaves are quickly covering the mountainside.

Take a look at pictures taken by our photographer on the Cog Railway that travels to the top of Pikes Peak. A paved highway also wraps around the mountain lending itself to a scenic drive in the fall

Several locations in the mountains around Southern Colorado are great for viewing the fall leaves, despite the fires that seemed to rivet Colorado this summer.
