Drinking plenty of water not only keeps you hydrated but it also allows for your digestion system to remain on the right track for being healthy. Drinking water comes in handy when feeling hungry. Keeping water in the body helps the body especially on a hot sunny day. Try getting in the habit of drinking an eight ounce glass of water each morning when you wake up and before every meal that you eat.
