Favorite book of all time: “Wizard’s First Rule” by Terry Goodkind

Favorite guilty reading pleasure: Any of the first five Harry Potter books.

Favorite quote: “The greatest harm comes from the best intentions.” -“Stone of Tears” by Terry Goodkind.

Your greatest writing success and how you accomplished it: A poem published in the 2008 poem anthology “In Other Words.” I entered a poetry writing contest. I didn’t win, but they asked if they could publish one of the poems I sent in.

Your most challenging writing experience and how you tackled it: 2007 NanoWrimo (National Writers Month). Anyone who wishes to participate is challenged to write 50,000 words in the month of November. No prize or awards given to anyone that succeeds. Just self-satisfaction and a lot of material to work with in the future.
